District Nurses and Health Visitors
We work closely with the district nurses and health visitors, and they may be asked by our doctors to call at your home in response to specific needs.
The health visitor can be contacted on 01576 205531 and the district nurses on 01576 205533.
Outside office hours, you can telephone the surgery (01576 205505) and, if appropriate, the NHS 24 answering service will pass messages to the duty nurse.
Primary Care Pharmacists
Pharmacists can answer any medical-related questions, such as explaining side effects. They will also run patient clinics to discuss multiple medication reviews.

Primary Care Mental Health Nurse
If you experience low mood, anxiety or stress. Trouble controlling your emotions, or difficulty in sleeping, you can speak to a GP to discuss a referral to our Mental Health Nurse via the surgery number – 01576 205505.
