It usually takes a little time for us to receive your medical records from your previous medical practice, so you will be asked to attend for a new patient examination. This is an appointment with the health care assistant or practice nurse, where you will have a routine health check-up. Due to Covid this will be done over the telephone.
You may also see or speak with a pharmacist to review your medication if required.
